Collection and processing of personal data on each such marketplace is subject to the Privacy Policies of the respective marketplace along with any applicable laws, rules and regulations. Uhuru is not liable for the collection and processing of personal data on such marketplaces.

Purposes for Which the Personal Data is Collected

The personal data is collected for the purposes of making available the Uhuru and related services and for managing and administering Uhuru customer relationships. In addition, if you are a registered user of a Uhuru marketplace and have supplied your email address, Uhuru may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with Uhuru and our products, as well as the various marketplaces built using the Uhuru services. If you send us a request (for example via a support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users.

Aggregated Statistics

Uhuru may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. For instance, Uhuru may monitor the most popular marketplaces on the Uhuru sites or screen the marketplaces to help identify spam. Uhuru may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, Uhuru will not disclose personal data other than as described below.
